RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
  • Final Sale Items: Fine jewelry, custom orders, resized jewelry, and sale or discounted items.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please bring your receipt or order number.
  • Store Credit: Expires after 1 year after issue date and can be used for any future purchase in-store or online.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Let us know within 7 days of receiving your item so we can help with repair, replacement, or store credit.
