Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed for shipping once per week. Some of our jewelry pieces, including all by ren jewelry, are Made to Order, and will take 1 to 4 weeks to process before shipping. Each piece is made by hand with care. We do our absolute best to ship them to you as quickly as possible. If your purchase is time sensitive, please let us know at hello@shopaiyah.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or DHL. Shipping occurs once processing is finished. Shipping times vary and depend on the carrier. We do not guarantee that a package will arrive within a given time frame.

 

Once the packages are left with the mail carrier they are no longer in our possession and therefore no longer Aiyah's responsibility. Please make arrangements to ensure you can retrieve your package and that it cannot be stolen. If your package is missing, please contact the mail carrier. Any lost packages are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do we also ship abroad? Yes, definitely!

 

Customers from outside the United States: please note that you may have to pay customs or import duties, which will be charged by the local customs authorities once the package reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by you, the recipient of the package.

 

Unfortunately, Aiyah has no control over these charges. We can’t tell you what the exact cost could be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

 

LOCAL PICK UP

We currently offer local pick up at our storefront during open hours Thursday to Friday from 11am to 6pm, Saturday from 11am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Our address is 1809 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Please select Local Pick at checkout. 

 

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please provide proof of purchase when you come to collect your order.
